Over the past eight years, Cleveland Heights residents have gotten to know and love the operation style that Chris Armington has adopted. He, along with head chef Jamie Wynbrandt, have elevated the reputation of "Tavco" by offering great food, service, and value with their "all-are-welcome" attitude. Armington preserved the essential character and personality of the decades-old tavern while simultaneously improving each one of its facets. When the opportunity to purchase Brennan's Colony finally arrived, the Shaker Heights native jumped at the chance. To Armington, this transition felt like "going back home."
